WRAP SANDWICH: Boca Burger, avocado from my yard, fresh lettuce mix, sunflower seeds, sea salt, nama shoyu and hot sauce on a spinach and whole wheat tortilla. Feeling kinda sick of the Boca burgers but there's a huge bulk pack in the freezer and not much else in the fridge today... CSA share ran out and missed the Saturday farmers' market this weekend :(
