The Tropical Berry Plus
While writing this afternoon I hear some loud *crunch*crunch*crunching*... someone is munching on chips again, so I request a smoothie with some of the lovely fresh fruit we have around the house. Here's what I get, and it's delicious! "Tropical Berry Plus" smoothie (with measurements!): 1 small local organic papaya, 4 organic bananas from my yard, 1 cup frozen organic blueberries, 1 cup organic vanilla hemp milk, 3 tsp organic cacao powder and 1 tsp organic coconut butter. Makes 2 servings. Bliss!!!
