bellyache tea
Sipping hot ginger and fennel tea tonight to ease my indigestion and bloated bellyache after all the rushing and munching this afternoon. Looking back, I don't think I ate one thing today that was good for my high vata and low digestion: too much cold, crunchy, raw and snack-y food eaten while rushing or socializing today, when I know I should be slowly and mindfully eating more warm, moist, cooked meals. Ugh. Why did I do that to myself? (Dinner 2/13/11 8:18 PM)
