and dessert too!
Acai Blueberry Crumble... There's certainly a lot of raw dessert stuff available here on the island, but how healthy AND warm and comforting can I make a homemade vegan dessert? This one has loads of frozen organic blueberries and acai with some fresh tangerine juice, fresh grated ginger and tons of chia seeds to thicken it, topped with a "crumble" of ground organic macadamia nuts, rolled oats, shredded coconut, rich coconut butter, raw sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean and sea salt then baked in the oven till toasty and bubbly. Success!
