Breakfast (1/24/11 5:23 AM)

COFFEE with oat milk and raw sugar while I do some morning journaling. I feel like drinking about a gallon this morning! (ladies' holiday from practice... moving slow!)

ENGLISH MUFFIN with coconut oil and fresh avocado from the yard sprinkled with sea salt. (6:50 AM)

Organic Peppermint TEA to sip on during Mysore class. (7:03 AM)
