Dinner (1/28/11 7:47 PM)
Friday often means PIZZA and BEER night... This one has organic whole wheat and cornmeal crust, organic pizza sauce, daiya shredded mozzarella cheese (the best melty, cheesy vegan soy "cheese" ever!), and lots of organic extra virgin olive oil. Tonight I added fresh organic broccoli seasoned with sea salt, red pepper flakes and nutritional yeast, sundried tomatoes, olives and lots of fresh basil from the garden... Does that count as health food?!?
