Snack (1/23/11 3:15 PM)

Cold SESAME NOODLES: organic whole wheat pasta, dark sesame oil, nama shoyu, red pepper flakes, cucumber, seaweed gomasio, chia seeds, fresh lemon and parsley. It could have used some scallion but I was trying make something to take to another potluck birthday party (3rd this week!) out of what I happened to have in the house... Still tastes pretty good though!



...and FRESH FRUIT at the party (but no photo).
