Happy Full Moon Day! In Ashtanga Yoga tradition we take holiday on the full and new moon, which means no morning yoga practice. As a yoga teacher, it also means this morning is one of only 2 mornings each month where I don’t practice or teach, so it’s a full rest day. Ahhhh!!! Slept late then spent the morning sipping coffee and experimenting with creating some vegan chocolate banana bread... click the "RECIPES" tab (above) if you’d like to try some.
