I heart WRAP SANDWICHES :) This whole wheat spinach tortilla is filled with sauteed vegetables: broccoli, carrot, onion, red pepper, zucchini, tomato and grated garlic with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt, ground pepper, fresh parsley, lentil and bean sprouts, olives, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds (everything but the kitchen sink!)... And served with a few salt & vinegar POTATO CHIPS.
