Lunch (1/4/11 1:01 PM)
Leftover RICE BOWL: added avocado, fresh lemon juice, nama shoyu, and fresh cilantro. (I note when things are leftover food because I believe the energy/prana/life force in food is depleted as it sits, so sometimes leftovers are not really as nutritious as the same meal might have been when it was fresh. That being said, I still tend to think the leftovers of a healthy homemade meal with good quality ingredients are probably still a lot healthier than most freshly made restaurant meals... there are a lot of factors to consider. Anyway, I try to always add something fresh, alive and new to any leftover food so that it brings some vibrancy to the meal.)
