this one was pretty simple, for 1 serving:
2 big slices firm tofu about 1/2 inch thick, saute it in a small pan in some coconut oil, then add a citrus juice like orange or pineapple (i used about 1/2 cup juice) and about 2 tablespoons miso paste (dissolve the paste in a little hot water first so it blends in easier), add some fresh grated ginger and a pinch of hot pepper flakes and let it all simmer a few minutes until the flavors meld and sauce starts to thicken. Easy! Enjoy :)
