Lunch date with my best friend! VEGAN BURRITO at Inn Season: whole wheat tortilla filled with brown rice, pinto beans, greens, homemade salsa, daiya "cheese", green olives and a few blue corn chips. We sit for hours and talk and talk as a snowstorm whites out the world outside. I miss these long lunches with her so much when I am traveling and feel so grateful for each moment we share while I'm in town...
