2 flights down, 1 more to go (about 10.5 hours into my journey). I'd just been drinking water while traveling all day but have a 2 hour layover in LA and felt some FRENCH FRIES calling me as an airport snack. I found myself seriously disappointed by the incredibly bland fries with iodised salt dipped in what is most likely GMO ketchup with high fructose corn syrup... they taste terrible! I decided after eating just a couple bites to throw them away and enjoy some GOOD and RELATIVELY HEALTHY fries another time. Amazing how much my tastes have gradually changed as my diet has evolved over the years! I feel a little sorry for wasting food... But can we really call that food anyway?
