OMG it's a VEGAN REUBEN with FRIED POTATOES! It appears I am pushing the limits of vegan junk food this week... Oh well, everything in moderation ;) The sandwich: Vegan Boca Burger, sauerkraut, soy cheese, and dressing (organic ketchup, Veganaise, and chopped pickles) on sprouted wheatberry bread slathered with Earth Balance and grilled till hot n toasty. The Potatoes: fresh local baby redskins boiled then smashed and fried with olive oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and parsley. A pretty freakin amazing vegan "diner food" lunch! (now for a long afternoon nap... haha)
