cookie-ish.
And to top off the pizza experiment, I also engaged in a cookie experiment this evening. (Gotta love the Saturday night craziness that occurs when I know I don’t have to get up early Sunday morning!) While the pizzas were baking I rummaged through the kitchen like a true mad chef and threw just about everything I could find into a bowl: organic rolled oats, coconut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, raw cane sugar, cashew butter, carob chips, dried cherries, rice milk, chia seeds and hemp seeds. I dropped spoonfuls on a pan and baked them in the oven for a while and they transformed into some pretty yummy cookie-ish treats :)
