Salad Bar in Paradise.
Vegan goodness from the organic salad bar at Harvest Market in Hanalei: lettuce, edamame, carrots, black olives and cherry tomatoes with olive oil & vinegar, sprouts, nutritional yeast, and some hot roasted potatoes and dolmathes...
and a view of the magical mountains while I eat it :)
