moon day morning in bed.
Happy New Moon! I sleep until 8... Then wake with a headache and get stuffy right away. My usual new moon morning routine of sipping a cup of tea and journaling outside gets replaced by carrot juice in bed.
Then it's time for some moon day morning tea, also in bed. Today it's a spicy chai with fresh grated ginger and a splash of vanilla soymilk... Warming, awakening, and hopefully, healing :)
And moon day morning snack time... Peanut butter filled pretzels in bed :)
So I'm spending the morning in bed, resting and blogging...
And then I receive a surprise snack: fresh-squeezed tangerine juice and some tamari rice crackers with avocado and red pepper flakes. Nice!
