I'm feeling inspired to make something out of my beautiful Ayurvedic cookbook, Eat-Taste-Heal by Thomas Yarema, Daniel Rhoda and Johnny Brannigan. It's filled with lots of easy-to-comprehend information about Ayurvedic medicine, health and lifestyle, and loads of great recipes with beautiful photos and suggestions to customize each based on dosha. Love this book!
I decide on "Crisp Potato Patties" and "Scrambled Tofu with Cilantro and Zucchini" but will use purple sweet potatoes in the patties since that's what I've got...
Hmmm. Here's what I ended up with. Not exactly what I pictured... tasted pretty good though!!!
