quesadilla-ish


There's not a lot of fresh food in the house today since I've been laying low with a cold and skipped the last couple of farmers markets. This afternoon I'll catch the "Tuesday at 2" in Hanalei, but until then, here's what I can find to make into lunch: tempeh, cherry tomatoes, avocado, a little onion, a little kale, and some daiya cheddar. I throw it all in a tortilla with some hot sauce and make a quesadilla-ish sandwich. That'll do ;)
