magical miso


For dinner I make a big bowl of salty magical goodness: miso soup. This one has whole wheat noodles, seaweed and fresh kale in a broth of miso, shoyu and red pepper flakes. Added a sprinkling of bean and lentil sprouts, and a squeeze of sriracha... Mmmm!!!
