Sunday June 26th

This morning after practice I grabbed a machete and chopped open a fresh coconut from my yard... First time I cracked one myself! Wow, tastes sooooooo good!!! :-)))

Post-practice pasta party! Avocado, sundried tomato, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, olives, red pepper flakes, sea salt and lots of fresh basil :)

Dinner is just a few bites of leftover pasta and a few sips of miso soup.
