Friday June 10th

My morning chai with ricemilk and coconut palm sugar today.

I'm teaching some private yoga lessons shortly after morning Mysore class so there's no time to cook today, but it's a nice reminder that a quick, simple meal can be delicious, filling and energizing! Multigrain toast with peanut butter and banana, goji-cacao energy nuggets, surinam cherries and coconut water. Wow!

I arrive home to a few bites of Eagle's soup: coconut milk, curry paste and tofu. Pretty tasty!

Beer.

Vegan pizza with jalapeƱos and purple basil. Good stuff :)
