Some smoothie supplies and scraps...

11:56am
Smoothie time: papaya from my yard, a sweet mango, luscious tangy lilikoi, a juicy tangelo, fresh young coconut jelly, a banana, maca root and camu. A teaspoon of raw organic camu powder has huge vitamin C... 1180% of the RDA!

2:28pm
Hot organic penne pasta. Fresh raw cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, and lots of basil. Extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and black pepper. Simple, fresh, delicious.

4:47pm
Snuck a snack... ;) A little piece of raw chocolate acai truffle bar. Good for body and soul!

5:49pm
Kelp and spirulina. Good green sea stuff.

6:17pm
Avocado with olive oil, hot sauce, herbamare salt and fresh basil. I smash it onto multigrain toast, soooo delicious!
