Lunch (1/16/11 2:28 PM)


WRAP SANDWICH: organic whole wheat and spinach tortilla wrap filled with warm brown rice, fresh torn kale, cherry tomatoes from my yard, lots of raw sprouted beans and lentils, parsley, hemp seeds, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, a dash of fresh local homemade hot sauce and fresh lemon juice (also from my yard!) with a side of fresh, local, organic GUACAMOLE & CHIPS (some kind of strange "Doritoes" style seasoned corn chips with minimal ingredients listed on the label but it still feels somehow taboo to eat (vegan) Doritoes...) But overall it's a pretty nice lunch :)
