Dinner (1/10/11 9:03 PM)

QUINOA BOWL: I missed the fresh, vibrant Kauai kale and avos so much while I was gone! This simple bowl has kale, avocado, olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, and lots of gomasio stirred into hot quinoa. Sometimes I add a dash of hot sauce too. Nutritious & Delicious!
