Lunch (1/15/11 1:18 PM)

Vegan BOCA BURGER topped with fresh tomato slices and soy "blue cheese"... toasted whole wheat English muffin with olive oil... fresh local organic arugula tossed with a simple homemade vinaigrette (extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, grated garlic, sea salt and black pepper)... Yummy!!! :-)
