Breakfast (1/11/11 7:00 AM)

GREEN TEA and a slice of locally baked organic sprouted wheatberry TOAST with Earth Balance and sea salt. (yes, I pretty much always put salt on my toast these days...I guess I crave it after my yoga practice. I also suspect it's because I don't eat much high-sodium packaged food so I need to add a fair amount of salt to my foods.)
