Lunch (1/14/11 11:06 AM)

POTATO KALE WRAP: leftover garlic-parsley potatoes sauteed with fresh local organic kale, onions, and black bean & corn salsa, piled into a whole wheat-spinach tortilla with hummus, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and hot sauce... Looks like the lucky recipient approves!
