Breakfast (1/6/11 12:15 PM)

Enjoyed sleeping in again and had a late morning self-practice, so breakfast happens closer to lunchtime today: COFFEE with Very Vanilla Silk Soymilk and whole wheat raisin TOAST with Earth Balance and sea salt. Yummy though certainly not the healthiest or most balanced breakfast... but i dont worry about it because this is what seemed quick and easy this morning while I have a lot of work to do, and I think overall my diet is ok. Anyway, the carton of sweet soymilk is nearly finished and vacation is coming to an end, so soon I'll be back to a more regular schedule and diet!
