Friday April 29th
Fresh grapefruit juice. Loving the last of citrus season!

A nice, fresh green salad for lunch. Lots of lettuce right from my garden, green pepper from a friends garden, avocado from my yard, organic raw pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, a little olive oil and tamari.

For dinner I eat the last of yesterday’s daal and rice. It’s still delicious ;)

Chamomile tea, and the message "Let people bask in your radiance and sunshine." (Thanks Yogi Tea, you always know just what to say...)
