I roasted these cashews with herbed coconut oil, maple syrup, sea salt and cayenne pepper. Yum!!!

A simple picnic lunch on the beach: a hummus veggie wrap sandwich with salt and vinegar potato chips and some coconut water.

Two pizzas for dinner! One has vegan "pepperoni", crisp green pepper and lots of fresh purple basil...
...and sundried tomato and basil pesto with artichoke hearts on the other :)
