Wow, am I behind! I still record what I eat every day but the posting got away from me for a couple weeks there.
Here I go with a big catch-up and also a new way of posting: DAILY (instead of individual) meal posts and occasional other posts and recipes. I think this will make the blog a little more manageable; it should be easier to write and to read.
