(for lunch i have some fresh squeezed OJ at the shala after class, then when I get home I munch on bread, bread, and more bread... fresh ciabatta... and never get around to a meal!)

Bella is eyeing my smoothie: fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh pineapple chunks, frozen bananas and coconut :)

Eagle pours a beautiful bowl of potato leek soup for dinner, and adds some fresh carrots and herbs...

...and follows it up with a fresh chopped salad full of garden greens and lots of seeds.
