Tulsi Pomegranite Green Tea... And I also started the morning with a small cup of coffee before practice. Good morning!

Hummus toast: chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, cayenne, carrots and parsley get tossed in the blender, then spread on garlic sourdough toast and sprinkled with bean and lentil sprouts.
6:13pm
On my way home from the pottery studio this afternoon, I pick up dinner: a veg burrito (filled with broccoli, green beans, potatoes, spinach, salsa and avocado sauce) and a beer.

Today's smoothie needs a spoon! It's made with loads of organic soursop from my yard, surinam cherries from my yard, frozen organic blueberries, frozen bananas from my yard, local organic guava and raw organic maca powder. Tastes kinda like a mixed fruit sweet tart!

Spinach, garbanzo beans, cucumber, lentil and bean sprouts. Sesame oil, nama shoyu. Roasted garlic toast with fresh avocado and sea salt.

This burrito looks boring but it's stuffed with tons of yummy stuff: fresh broccoli, green beans, sundried tomatoes, onions, black olives, pinto beans, daiya pepperjack, hot sauce and nutritional yeast. Mmmm!
