June 30th: The Coconut Fast

My morning tea: Yogi Detox. I also started the day with a cup of hot water. Gonna do a coconut fast today!

Breakfast coconut water... About 3 cups in this one. Yum yum yummy!
Sipping on lots of fresh water today too...

More coco water! This was a small one, maybe 2 cups or less. I drank it fast!
And more fresh coconut jelly. Yum!

I make a big jar this time... 2 more cocos... 6 cups of liquid heaven... Maybe the most nourishing elixir there is! What else do I need? Nothing!
